The tots came out but didnt have the bacon on them. I flagged down our server and told her about the bacon and she went to the open kitchen to get it then dissapeared. I watched the bacon be put in the window then sit there for 20 mins ntil I flagged someone else down and asked her if that was my bacon sitting in the window. She grabbed and and said its cold now but they could throw it back on the grill to warm it up. SERIOUSLY?! I am a server and would never tell a customer that. I told her no just forget it and everything else was cold at that point too. Finally our server comes back inside and I ask her about the bacon because I knew she forgot. She say "Oh!" and went to go grab it which I told her dont bother I already did. She then sat down and told me that she gives "shit service on slow days and itd been slow all day" WHAT?! It being slow should be when you give the best service! Not to mention why in the world would you tell a customer that?! In the end no one offered to make anything right, no one cared that we had crappy service. Nothing. Very disappointing.
